First, thanks to Lilli Piper's dad, Gary, for recommending me post this on here.
Sadly, softball players' will have their careers end when everyone else is faster and stronger than them. Speed and Strength can be learned and this Saturday December 19 at Strike Force Academy in Hudson, Ohio from Noon to 3pm I will be hosting a clinic on how to get faster, stronger, and more powerful for the diamond.
Softball is a lot more fun when you are one of the fastest, strongest, most powerful athletes competing on the diamond! As a professional strength coach for over 10 years I look forward to showing your player(s) the same skills I taught at the Division One level and that I teach across the country.
