I used the following to setup our Insurance. 97.50 for 11 players and one coach, and that includes ASA registration.

you can setup a free acct from here, and then there are selections to setup your team, your players/coaches, and when you're done with that, you can then go to the next step, and you pick what level/type of insurance you want.

IFA Insurance

Accidental Medical Expenses $100,000
Deductable $50
AD & D $10,000
Dental Expense $100,000

This policy covers all players, coaches and volunteer umpires against specific losses resulting directly and independently of all other causes, from accidental bodily injury substained while participating as a member in a scheduled game, officiial tournament or practice session, or while traveling directly to of from such game or practice session.

Coverage for tryout periods are automatically included in the rate. Excess coverage is provided over and baove other group blanket plans.

Must be IFA sanctioned. $120 insurance + $10 sanction = $130.00
