Archbold in NWO, is loaded again this year just as they were last year, they are replacing their ACE,but they have multiple D1 college signed players, they are about as athletic of a team as you'll see.

Yes Holly Tomaszewski is now pitching for Taylor University, following her sister Jill who pitched four years for Lexington and Taylor. So 8 years we have had a Tomaszewski as a starter. It should be a good battle between us and Clear Fork again this year. They lost some very good players. I talked to Wilson at KSU showcase and told her I'm glad I don't have to play against her this year. They will have the best pitcher in Taylor Thomas in the OCC, so it will be a challenge for us. With Holly , Kasie Kelly and Rachel Wilson gone.

I think Avon is still DI...and growing:)

OHSAA Softball
Division---Enrollment
I - 383 and more
II - 222 to 382
III - 127 to 221
IV - 126 and less

I'm pretty sure Avon was DII last year. We played them last year in our 1st district game and we're DII. Don't know about this year?

In the MVL (Muskingum Valley League) I believe there are 5: Sheridan, Maysville, Philo,
John Glenn, Morgan. I believe Zanesville is also D2.

I think Philo and Morgan both are D3.

GO 2 GO 2
You are right, the only D3's are Crooksville, West M. and New Lex. Tri-Valley is the only D1 in the MVL

I would think a safe bet is to just put your money on Keystone. IMHO. Of course, this in no way means I encourage wagering on sporting events. I'm just saying. BTW, I agree with the Avon in D2 camp.

Don't know about Keystone, they are in a weak conference and struggled at times with easy teams they should have run over easily. Plus one of their top hitters is out with a back injury possibly. We'll see.....

I will go waaay out on the limb and say that Lakewood will show well in this division. They don't rebuild , just reload.
I really didn't go too far out on that limb after all. Congratulations Lady Lancers on moving up and moving on to a third straight State Championship!:yahoo:

Avon isn't STILL DI. It's been DII for some time. Maybe you're thinking of Avon Lake.
