I think the best way to sum this thread up would be to simply say, "You can't please em' all." I've never been to a tourney that ran 100% smooth with no incidents or complaints.
Heck, I'm frankly surprised there aren't MORE complaints on here. Every ligitimate scientific study ever performed on customer satisfaction shows an extraordinarily higher percentage of customers complain about a bad service or product, versus those who would go out of their way to report a positive experience with said service or product. Bad word travels faster. That being said, if this thread were a case study, it would fail that very theory... meaning, it's good to know our patrons reported many more good experiences versus bad. ;-) Just like the best umpires will tell you: "You can't get them all right all the time... but you sure can try."
