I've never posted a post # 101 before, so with that being said , is anyone else at 10 & 12U getting excited about next weekend?

Lee you know I am excited about it. The girls have worked hard all winter long. I bet after the weekend you had in Indy you can't sleep at night. i'm always needing that next softball fix. The closer it gets the less sleep I am going to get. I know Rod03 hasn't slept in weeks.

Your right ,..... Im cranked up and ready for some fastpitch action . Its true Im starting to get a bit edgy ,......My wife said I was calling pitches in my sleep the other nite . ;D
I asked her if she knew the final score ,....... she wasn't sure ,...but she did hear me yelling something about,...GOTTA OPEN THE HIPS ,...explode to the target !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Of course Im sure it had something to do with barking out orders to my DD . Ya Think ?

You see -

That's the problem with you guys at the younger age groups.
By the time you reach the 18s, you realize that it HAS to be about the game.

The reason isn't because at 10 and 12 it isn't about the kids, it just that by the time you get to 18 your just so darn tired ;D and broke.

I guess shes just paying me back for all the orders of instruction Dads barked out ! LOL !

I believe that Dave was able to get all games worked out on Saturday and Sunday, avoiding the Friday night. Of course though, some folks unhappy about the "early" start times.

Oh the job of TD......no love! :-*
We love you Dave!

M - I - C -- K - E - Y ---.......

It's a bright and cheerful early morning in North East Ohio.

Games are ready to go off on time with only a few players missing between here and the hotels. :)

I heard from the Glove Doctor that Tim is starting his games at 6:00am at GFOD. Some day I'll find out how he gets away with it. ;D ;D

yeah, Dave's losing it. :p

Dave,
Looked good Saturday evening. Got to stop up and catch a few games. It was great to see ALOT of new teams from many states, and Canada, playing some great games. My girls had a tough matchup with the Minn. Irish team, which went into ITB. Looked like no blowout match-up while I was there, just good games all around.
Good luck today, hope to stop back up to catch a few more today.
NEXT WEEK FINALLY THE 12s AND 10s get their weekend, we are all getting pumped for that one!

Alot of one run games, that is great. I see my girls lost a tough one. Not to fear they'll hang in there. At least they avoided the worst part of the never ending losers bracket.

Thanks for keeping everything updated as much as possible.
