Travel Team Seaching for 2011 a 2012 Coaches

Southern Ohio Cyclones organization is searching for coaches for the fall of 2011 and summer of 2012 for their 16 and 18u teams. Qualified candidates may be eligible for financial incentives.

Qualifications include:

1. *Proven experience coaching the collective age groups at a high competition level
2. *HS coaching experience a plus but not mandatory
3. *Master certification 1+ or equivalent on field experience
4. *Good organizational skills
5. *Superb communication skills
6. *Positive motivational skills
7. *Prior experience participation FP in college a plus, but not mandatory
8. *Ability to pass a background check
9. *Ability to instill the organizational values and help each player interact with colleges

Thanks for the kind words. Brett and I are expanding the quality of coaching for our teams next season to support the goals for our players. I am preparing to head down to 10u to bring up my youngest and (hopefully) third and final daughter through the program.

You have a very talented team. We are very confident the hard work will provide the results your players deserve this summer. You had an outstanding showing for Ohio at Eastern Nationals last summer with a young team. Good luck this summer. I look forward to catching up with you when we cross paths.

I have to start lobbying now to allow wheel chairs in the coaches boxes. ;&

I have received inquiries concerning a 14u team for 2011-2012. We would consider adding a 14u program with a strong core of coaches. If you have interest coaching at the 14u level, please give us a call.

Also to answer a common question we are receiving, we will not have more than 1 team per division.
