What is the normal process for tryouts, is it to make offers on the spot or hold all tryouts and then make offers?

If you are one of the "Ones" you will be stopped before you leave tryouts...or called as soon as tryouts are over to make it not so obvious. If you haven't gotten that call ASAP then your probably being evaluated against other players or down on the list of callbacks..or you just aren't being considered.

We have gone to a couple tryouts over the years where they do not offer any positions until all tryouts are done. They made it very clear at the beginning of the tryout they do not do so. And one I know for a fact does not even tell their returning players that they are being asked back or not until all tryouts are over.
