understanding tournament levels

I am looking to find some tournaments that would be good for a high school team. ?This would be for a number of my players, with some girls from a couple other schools to fill in. ?So, this will not be for a true travel team and I don't want to get the girls in over their head. ?This will be probably be for 16U as we are very young.

If you have been following any of my posts you know that this is for a small rural team with some success locally, but only a couple girls venture out past the rec league level. ?If I can find some tournaments, and talk them into playing...

I really don't know what I am looking for so anything you can do to advise and help will be greatly appreciated.

Tipp City, Ohio puts on a well ran small town tournament in July. I think the 13th -16th. Doesn't really bring any big guns, just other small town teams. All star type teams from rec leagues mostly.
