4th Annual Teammates for Life Camp Saturday, September 1st
9 am - 12 pm at University of Akron Lee Jackson Field
The ?TEAMMATES FOR LIFE? Camp was initiated by former Zips softball players from the 1981-84 teams as well as their former head coach Joey Arietta. These ?teammates for life? have put together a great clinic from which ALL PROCEEDS will benefit their former Zip teammate Deann Viebranz and the Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF). Deann is battling breast cancer for the second time
Join former Zips players and the current Zips staff and team for a great day at UA!
Instruction will include:
Beginning and advanced pitching techniques
Hitting, bunting and slapping instruction
Defensive and positional skill instruction
Base running tips and drills
$50.00 per participant if registered before August 24!
$75.00 per participant for walk ups or late registration!
Join us on this special day to help a former Zip in her fight against Breast Cancer and to improve your skills!
Camp is for athletes age 7-18 (grouped by age and skill level)
Checks should be made payable to: UA Softball
