Field of Dreams in Lancaster is proud to announce the offering of a LIVE pitching hitting league starting the week of Jan 13th. :yahoo:
This league is being set up to offer the best possible indoor practice opportunities, offering your hitters the chance to hit off of a pitcher who is trying to strike them out, offering our pitchers the chance to practice pitching to batters who are trying to get base hits, and offering your catchers the chance to work their position in game-like situation all within the confines and safety of a batting cage. The league will be operated similar to the way they are run at other area indoor facilities.
The cost will be $320 per team. Team registration must be done in advance by either going to Field of Dreams to complete a registration form and paying the fee in person or by calling 740-653-3463 and registering over the phone. Due to the popularity of this type of hitting league and the fact that we have limited space available, it is recommended that you call in advance to check availability (if you live far from Lancaster).
We have decided after this original post that we would offer this type of hitting league for high school-age kids as well. There is another post in this forum that mentiones this & provides the necessary info. For questions about any of the hitting leagues, please go to our website, our Facebook page or text/call me at 740-503-7563.
Online registrations for THIS type of hitting league are not available at this time. (Online registrations for our other hitting leagues are available by visiting Field of Dreams Practice Facility and Training Academy and clicking on the appropriate link.
This league will run for 6 weeks. If you have not done so yet, you should follow us on Facebook for immediate notification of all events at Field of Dreams. You can also follow us on Twitter and Instagram.
We look forward to serving the needs of the Central Ohio softball and baseball community for many years and we WILL be Central Ohio's premier indoor practice facility and training academy!
