What I look for in a collage coach

Guess my daughter and I are looking at this process all wrong. I thought it was important that the coach run a successful program and the school offers the educational option that my daughter is looking for. Guess we will have to change our thinking. And people wonder why women call men pigs.

Look at The Body Issue of ESPN the Magazine Oct.19 and I did not see Cat, Whatley's, Mendoza's or Lappin's arm's or legs broken while taking the cheese cake shots or being forced to pose either.....can you say paycheck! IF we are pigs for looking what are they for posing?

I bet ASA is real proud of their image they took so long to create of the Dream Team Girls go by so quickly!

And Serena Williams on the front cover looks to be having fun also and makes more money than all four of the softball girls put together....as to the adds Calvin Klein, Cadillac, Levi's, Dr. Pepper, GMC, Muscle Milk, Progressive, KIA Motors, SVEDKA Vodka, Samsung, AVON, Chevy Malibu, OLD Spice, California Almonds, Wolverine Boots,Prestone Anti Freeze, Armourbite....and many, many more as this is ESPN's version of SI's Swim suit edition

I was asked this weekend at Sparks what I look for in a college coach. I replied first she has to be HOT!! I dont care wich way she goes but if my kid is going to spend four years with her it has to be somewhat appealing to me.

Second she has to be able to make a good red sauce!

I agree with what you are saying about all the ads, but I think your point and what Scott said are two entirely different things. The women and ads you referenced all had 1 thing in common, those women choose to do that. Not that I agree with some of it, but it is their choice. The comment Scott made had nothing to do with choice. Whether or not it was made in jest is not the point. In my opinion, it is inappropriate in this forum or any other. Again, I go back to choice. I choose to disagree with the appropriateness of the comment, but others may choose to accept those comments. I guess as the saying goes, "too each his own". I know Scott and he was having some fun however my little point if one were even to be made was we as men are pigs for even looking and what are the girls called for doing it....they got a paycheck and no one forced them to do it. We have know this was coming out for months now and I have been waiting for the reaction and trust me some dad will slide the picture across the table when they are signing autographs and their daughter will be there with him.

Too each his own is great without being brutal to anyone as everyone has different values....
