These posts about the public dissemination of schedules make me feel every bit as old as I am. As few as 8 years ago, there was practically no publication of pool schedules. I really think that many TD's do an excellent job of getting this information out. Stingrays has an amazing site that even updates the bracket play schedules on a real time basis. GAPSS has a web site that also provides updates. I notice from posts here on OFC that some smaller tournaments have done a good job of posting on their team websites.
It's frustrating when a few tournaments don't have an internet site, but it has been our experience that in recent years the schedules have been made available to us as coaches via email as soon as possible (remember, some ASA/USA qualifiers such as ASA States have to leave entries open for at least a week before the tournament begins). In this day of email access, coaches should forward that information to team members as soon as possible after receipt (and I will admit we've had a few situations where we didn't get the info out to our team immediately after we received it).
