Here in Baltimore, we are off of the beaten path. ?It takes a day or two to walk to the Shipping office. A rider and horse will pick up packages to take them to the big city where they will meet up with the big truck and then continue thier journey to the destination.
I agree with Nate....try both bats and see which one your DD feels most comfortable with. Both are good bats, but cost a lot of money. Make sure before you invest in either one.
Sorry TheBearMay. I meant 8/10/05. Bill is right, in Baltimore, we are off the beaten path but March to August is a big gap. I really enjoyed watching your team this year. Very good bunch of players and families. I will still let the post know what becomes of the Rockettech bat return.
My daughter has a 2004 Rocket Tech (actually 2) and a Catalyst. She LOVES her Rocket Tech.
BUT, even though she had/has good mechanics, it did take a while to get used to. She uses the Rocket Tech over the Catalyst. Only uses the Catalyst for warm up batting practice.
She "loves" her Rocket Tech so much she's planning on using it in her senior pictures!! LOL
Promised TheBearMay I would followup on this post. Sent my daughter's RocketTech 2005 back to the factory last week. They received it Tuesday the 16th. They are sending us a new replacement bat tonight Weds the 17th. The outer shell came loose and was rattling.
Anderson was very aggressive with followup phone calls after I made the initial contact with them. They basically wanted to be sure I was sending the bat back for their inspection.
This bat was very successful for her in 2005 and we a glad Anderson is correcting the situation under their warranty and hope everyyone else experiences the quick service we have received from Anderson bat Company.
