The Scioto County Wild Thangs will be hosting the fall classic September 15 - 16 2007. This will be an class A tournament in all age groups. Our last tournament was a great event. For info and registration packet please e-mail Aaron Alvelo at asaball1@aol.com. This tournament will be a 4 game minimum gaurantee ( weather permitting ). Registration fee is $300/team and the deadline is Aug 30 2007. Team and individual awards for first and second places in each age division, and the winners of each age group will receive a FREE berth to our national qualifier in 2008.

Our 12u coach can't seem to get a response from the tournament director about our team playing in the tournament?? I realize today is the deadline for the tournament but that has become an issue for our team since we cannot even get the registration packet. Is it possible the 12u's are full? We played down there last spring and at that time the director approached us, and our coach, and invited us to come back in the fall and since he ran such a nice tournament...that was our plan. Maybe not?

Our coach never got a reply from the tourney director. Not too impressive eh? And we were looking forward to playing down there both this fall and again next summer...? :-/

The Wild Thang fall classic has been cancelled, due to a lack of entries. I posted my e-mail address on the site for contact info and also manitou dan posted my adress. I keep all emails and messages concerning my tournaments and I had very little response from many of the age groups. and I sent out registration packets to every one that requested one, over 40 packets were sent out and not one was returned. I appologize whole heartedly for any one that I missed but one or two teams does not make for the quality tournament that people have come to expect from us. I am truly dissapointed that this fall tournament did not happen because it was a very good tournament last year. WE WILL have our tournament in June and please send me an e mail that you are interested in the registration packet and I will personally make sure that you receive it as soon as it becomes available.
