Will we ever see a tourney with the Top 4 Area organizations competing for top dog??
Bandits v Lasers v Outlaws v Prospects
I would think this would draw a huge number of college coaches.

No offense but I'm unfamiliar with the Prospects .. are they a top 4 Ohio Org ? No problem with the other three but I think Hawks or Doom before Prospects .. no offense meant , I dont watch any 10-12-14u ball , they may be the kings of the younger age groups .

Prospects are located in Indiana. The OP mentions Top 4 "Area" but didn't limit it to Ohio.

Just curious but do the Bandits have mostly Ohio kids on their squad? I was under the impression they were more of a National org. I know this is a bit off topic but was just curious.

Speaking strictly of the "Beverly Bandits" they are based in Chicago and have a national presence for rostering. Most of the Ohio girls on the BB are part of the DeMarini naming convention (not all but most).

Hope that helps.

Yes it does. Thank you. I was just curious how that worked.

Have prospects became more prominent than Indy Dreams ?

Here's how I would equate each org

Lasers - Dreams
Prospects - Outlaws

Lasers and Dreams compare due to longevity in their state
Prospects and Outlaws compare due to a tad younger but could be passing Lasers and Prospects in some age groups (especially older)

Prospects are out of Indy and have a 8-12 or so of their players go D1 every year. You can include Hawks and Doom in the convo too, but they seem to play the Lasers and Outlaws etc on a regular basis, I was referring to teams that seem to go their own way in the summer and fall and don't butt heads in tournaments very often. There may be reasons for that, both personal and/or Association Differences (ASA v PGF v USSSA etc) but it would be a meaningful get together in my mind...

I would love to see this happen. Preferably, in a way that teams couldn't borrow players from others in the org or elsewhere. Play the girls you selected, let's see who the Top Dog would be. I have my opinion of who it would be, but it would be a fun finding out.

I didnt forget , they just dont quite rise to the teams mentioned . GREAT org , but out of dozens upon dozens and more dozens of "area" or "Ohio" orgs they are top shelf for sure , just not top 5 IMO .

This could of happened a couple years ago when Lasers Purple won ASA/USA and the Bandits won PGF. Both teams in a somewhat close proximity that could of met up to see who the top dog was.

Wouldn’t it be Stingrays way over Hawks or Doom?

Burdick 05 isnt to shabby. They have wins against Bandits, Outlaws, Hawks, Lasers Blue and Ohio Ice Blue so far this year. Which are all great competition.
