Both of the bats shipped back to us were brand new still in wrapper. Warranty dept told me that any bat shipped as result of this particular bat breaking would be warrantied until the original date of purchase.

We broke an old Miken Rain bat after 10 months .... the replacement bat shipped then was marked no warranty. Miken (or the same factory) makes the Worth bats ......... I believe the quick failure of these bats being treated differently than a heavily used bat that breaks.

I thought that the bat they send back to you is stamped "NO WARRANTY" ?

It was marked No Warranty, but my RA# in the computer was marked with a note saying the bat still had a full warranty. That is why I am still able to send it in when needed. If they will not refund my money, they will send me a new bat with a full warranty.

I hope we can get a refunded ugh! Can you pass me the corporate contact info? If they sent a 1 year warranty with the bat it would not be as big of a deal but since they are going back to the date of purchase, they can just keep replacing them with junk bats until the warranty runs out and we will be stuck with a "Worth"less piece of junk!
