Tee drills I use the Step-out drill and the Happy Gilmore drill to keep my hitters in sequence.
Front toss drill I use the most is the Half-Way to home drill from 15-20 feet away.

3 Plate Variation Drill - The trick is the speed of the tosser for general consistency. Tosser is 15' max in front of middle plate, of course with protective net/screen. 3 Pitches per plate. Plates are 3' apart. Rotate kids and have them repeat 1x to 3x.
