Tournament Rules:
This event is a 4GG with 3 Pool Play games into a Single Elimination Bracket. There may/will be some Friday late afternoon/early evening games as/if needed. Games will start at 8:00AM on Saturday. Please be prepared for this. 8U will be 3GG with 2 Pool Play games into a Single Elimination Bracket - no Friday games for 8U! $420 for 8U There will be a Pre-Paid Team Gate Fee for this event! To be sent via Venmo prior to event… When entering make sure to complete entire process! If you do not receive a confirmation email, then you are not registered yet!

2026 Refund Policy - Due to weather type issues - If No Games are played in an event - 75% of entry fee will be refunded or credited If One Game is played in an event - 55% of entry fee will be refunded or credited If Two Games are played in an event - 25% of entry fee will be refunded or credited If Three Games are played in an event - No Refund There are costs that occur no matter what - (Tournament Insurance, Sanction Fees, Awards, Park Fees, Assigning Fees, Workers costs, etc.) that is paid out no matter what.
