THIS EVENT IS A 4GG WITH 3 POOL PLAY GAMES INTO A SINGLE ELIMINATION BRACKET GAMES WILL START AT 8 00AM ON SATURDAY IF WEATHER IS A PROBLEM WE WILL USE MONDAY TO HELP WITH THIS EVENT WE WILL HAVE LAST GAMES ENDING MID AFTERNOON ON MONDAY IF NEEDED OUR PLAN IS TO HAVE FINALS ON SUNDAY EVENING

2024 Refund Policy - Due to weather type issues - If No Games are played in an event - 80% of entry fee will be refunded or credited If One Game is played in an event - 60% of entry fee will be refunded or credited If Two Games are played in an event - 30% of entry fee will be refunded or credited If Three Games are played in an event - No Refund There are costs that occur no matter what - (Tournament Insurance, Sanction Fees, Awards, Park Fees, Assigning Fees, Workers costs, etc.) that is paid out no matter what.
