Cheating or Not???

How do we fix this problem??? Do we continue to stick our heads in the sand???

I believe that the a manufactured bat should not be able to drift into becoming a better bat through use (or rolling). A new bat that doesn't pass an 'Aging Test' that mimics use should be an illegal bat at the time of manufacturing. This would make rolling irrelevant.

Don't be surprised if it's not. I am sure that there are kids on the fields that have no clue that they are cheating because mommy or daddy want sally to be the best and they will stop at nothing to be sure that it happens. This is how it started in the slowpitch game at first it was all hush but then it got to where everyone just knew that people had and used them.

If reported and found to be true you risk legal action and your coach and daughter can be banned. I hope she doesn't use an altered bat and kills a pitcher. But actually if she is using an altered bat she probably needs the help..... moron

Turn in the teams, players and bat rollers to the Associations. If they have proof they will act.

All it takes is for one person to stand up and do the right thing - and then publicize it - and then maybe dirt bags will get the message. Ask the two guys that each received the 100k judgment against them if it was worth the 15 extra feet.....

The Associations would have to act to the effect of if you've been caught cheating in a manner that could hurt or maime, your name is on a list and you would be banned from stepping onto a field in one of the sanctioned events. Should sly willie try and coach a game from on the field area, they would then be trespassing and open for arrest at any sanctioned event.

If you cheat at a kids game you deserve being trolled or bullied.

If you don't have a problem with it and your daughter is using an altered bat why don't you identify yourself and your daughters team?

I thought the almighty knew everything. Look within your org and you shall find me. If you'd like to get nose to nose I'm sure that I can accommodate that too

Unlike you I do not hide my identity - I am pretty easy to find. Nose to nose - no problem. You can email me, PM me or call me and we can set it up.

If anyone on this site knows frosty softballs identity please let me know. I will gladly start the process. Because he admitted on here that his daughter uses a rolled bat I can see if we can't get her bats checked at EVERY event. I am sure ASA would like another case to pursue.
