USA National Qualifier
June 7-9th 2019
Hosted in North Ridgeville Ohio
Age Divisions - 8u, 10u, 12u, 14u, 16u, 18u, 23u​

12u, 14u, 16u, and 18u divisions will have 1 USA bid to the following sites for the 2019 season.
12u - Normal, Illinois
14u - Sacramento, California
16u - Salem, Virginia
18u - Montgomery, Alabama

*USA Eastern/Northern/Southern National bids will also be available in each age group
*8u, 10u, and 23u will be a 1 day tournament on Sunday June 9. 3gg $300. USA Eastern/Northern/Southern bid awarded to winner

Tournament Details

• 4 game Guarantee with 2 pool games seeding into Double Elimination
• Pool Play will be no new inning after 1 hour 20 minutes and will feature roster batting should you choose to use it.
• Bracket play will be no new inning after 1 hour 40 minutes
• Entry fee is $550 and must be paid to secure your spot.
• There are no refunds after March 1st 2019
• Pool play will begin at 8:00am on Friday. Bracket play will begin Friday afternoon/evening so playing during the day on Friday will be required.
• This is an open event. Teams must be USA sanctioned and provide proof of insurance, ACE Certification, and concussion certificate.
• Out of State teams are welcome to qualify as always. We hosted teams from our surrounding states and welcome them to come play in Northeast Ohio once again this summer!
• Tournament USA will be used to provide up to the minute updates throughout the tournament
• All fields will have temporary fences and Diamond Dry will be on hand
• Colleges from the entire Midwest and Northeast Region will be contacted and invited as we do with Sheer Madness and have experienced tremendous results
• Profile book assembly and distribution is included
• As always our goal is to bring a high quality event to Northeast Ohio where student athletes can compete at a high level, be seen by college coaches, and have fun doing it!
• Campers are not allowed at any park/facility. Sorry!
• This is a stay and play event for all teams outside of 50 miles. Hotel Booking Website link will be included soon!

I am getting a ton of e-mails and texts on this event already. Many people have been asking about the "free entry" we used to offer for this event.
Since we are bringing it back we will roll with it again this year. If you win the tournament you can receive a free entry into either next year's Descent Into Madness or Sheer Madness event.

Other question I am getting a lot of is about the USA bids.
These are not Eastern or Southern bids, these are actual USA National bids. If you win the tournament and prefer to attend an eastern or regional national event instead we can make that happen. The Nationals bids are for the listed sites above so you can play against the best teams in the country and represent Ohio well!
