Does anyone have any feed back on the Worth Quad? It looks like a nice bat along the lines of the RT.

Here is the problem. The Worth Mayhem is 2007 ASA approved. The Quad was only approved in 2005 by the ASA. Go to a bat manf. website before you buy any bat this year. Many are getting banned..

Thanks Eatsleep. I can't find anything on the ASA or mfr's site that suggests any further bat bannings. The bat I'm looking at is currently on the 08 approved list along with the 05 rt and most every other hot bat currently available. If the ASA was really thinking of banning these bats would'nt they mention it somewhere?

Don't count on it read the bottom of the ASA site. ?Bats are always being tested. Some that passed in 2004 are being banned ?now.., It's your $$$. I would only buy something that passed in 2007. ?

Chico, I say go for it! ?Sure, there's a chance the bat could get the boot, but that's the risk we always take when buying bats. ?If I remember correctly, your dd nearly took out a windshield of a minivan sitting in a parking lot on the other side of the outfield at a game last Fall. ?Her bionic arm may be too much for a high-end power bat....but I say do it.....let's see how far that ball can truly fly!!! (lol)
On the flipside, you might want to wait a while. ?Use the rt for now and hold off on that expensive bat purchase until around May to make sure its still on the approved bat list. ?

Shes not the only one on the team that can give it a ride. Your daughters no slacker and there are a few others. We should have a powerful lineup next spring.
