Don't patronize Lebanon. You were only a play a way from beating Lebanon last year at Lebanon. It was not that close at Fairborn, but don't play that "I hope we can play card". Fairborn is a nice Team without the new additions.

Fairborn is definitely a team on the radar, but really a lot of the GWOC teams are heavy with talent this year. It will be interesting to see if Centerville can mix it up with Fairmont and Beavercreek at the end of the season again. Centerville has to get revenge for the 0-2 game against Lebanon, with the exception of a couple errors, we were right in there with them, but then that's the thing, they don't make the errors!!!

And Tim, take care of my girl KeyAnna up there!!!

This could be the first time since Lebanon joined the GWOC that someone else wins. Without Faith Tessmer, They will have only one quality pitcher. While Bethany Campbell will win a lot of games for Lebanon, it will not take a lot of runs to beat them. They will not have the powerhouse offense that they had last year, and will be lacking speed in the outfield.

No disrespect but I saw both Tessmer and Campbell pitch last year for Lebanon and they will be just fine this year with Cambell on the mound. She is every bit as good and maybe even better the Tessmer.

It may be time for one of the other schools to take their turn at the top but I still have to go with Lebanon for now. They are solid at most every spot.

Hermom- Faith is a very nice softball player. But she is even better at playing her French Horn. She has chose to focus on music and get ready for college. We all here with Lebanon HS Softball will miss her as a player, but mostly as a great young lady. I personally will miss her big smile and great attitude. As for pitching Ohio Wave you could not have spoken it any better. Campbell has become a very nice pitcher, that any Team would be happy to have her as their ace. Lebanon lost a couple good players and they truly will be missed. But as every year with every Team, players will need to fill all roles. I've been blessed to coach for 16 yrs and yet to have the same Team from year to year. Even when I had the same players. Who knows how any of these Teams will gel?

Lnsdad I hope that Edgewood is successful move and I wish your DD the best of luck.

You are correct, they have the high ground, for the rest of us its an uphill battle to be king of the mountain, Lebanon will not relinquish that spot easily, Bethany is an exelent pitcher and brings alot of experience to the mound, anyone that thinks they wont be competitive is mistaken in my book.

Faith and Bethany are both awesome pitchers.
Lebanon will be just as good with Bethany on the mound.
(nice family also) Good for Faith, i'm sure she has
alot of different choices but does she know where
she's going to school. has she signed. I have not
seen anything. (dd graduated from high school last
year and have not really been keeping up with hs ball)
