Alright today's the day that the tournament is seeded. Lets see everyone's pick for how it will end up:

1.Greenville is the one no doubt, the schedule is insane, and what are they 18-3.
2.Fairmont- schedule is questionable at best but they win.
3.I like lebanon here maybe
4.The Burg
5.Northmont
6-11. flip a coin

1. Greenville Great schedule
2. Fairmont They have beaten Northmont twice and Mason
3. Fairborn Two wins over Lebanon, and Northmont.
4. Lebanon Really tough schedule wins over Teays Valley, Mercy, Fairfield, Colerain, and Miamisburg
5. Edgewood wins over Glen Este, and colerain
6. Miamisburg wins over wayne and centerville
7. Northmont Tough schedule with wins over Glen Este, and Eastern Louisville, Ky.
8. Centerville Tough schedule
9. Wayne win over Northmont and Fairborn. I could see wayne going higher though
10. Sidney
11. Troy
12. Butler

SoftballCat12: According to the OHSAA website, they didn't differentiate between districts, just said tournament drawing. So it appears its for the whole State.

Another question, is Edgewood in the Dayton District? I thought last year they were but I am not sure. If they are, they will be #2 or #3, I would think.

Thanks Northmont, I didn't know for sure. They are a tweener as far as location between Dayton and the Nati.

I'm going to hijack just a little to talk about the D4 Dayton matchups. Does it seem fair that the #1 and #2 seeds could meet up before they get out of sectionals???

I was told that Covington chose to go into that spot. After TV South selected their game, Covington jumped in there.

The coaches pick their spots based on seeding. An open bracket and they fill in where they want to be. That is why you see some single digit seeds playing round 1 while a double digit gets a bye.

To be more acurate I understand that Covington actually passed twice before they decided to take that spot. I think that TV South plays Covington next Monday on a league make-up game thyat could also decide the league title. Very interesting.
