Problem with ACE cert. website

I have tried for 2 weeks to log in and renew my ACE certification and the website wont let me get past "status", it freezes and i cant continue or even get to the point of paying. I have emailed numerous times and get stupid replies back that doesnt fix anything. Anybody have another way to get this done?

Do a disk cleanup to your computer and get rid of the old cookies! Do it now!:yahoo:

That was one of the obvious things they came back with, it didnt help.

What level are you at Chris...?

- Todd (Level 2, upgrading to level 3!) - why? I have no idea!

I guess im at level one since mine has expired, i cant really tell you yet, i cant get past status. I called Shorty to see if he can give me the test here in town.
