** Teams were e-mailed in advance and asked if it was ok to play the Valley Storm 18U for one of their pool games. The Valley Storm 18U will not compete for the championship. We will play 3 games on Saturday and drop out. We are missing several players anyway.
In exchange for letting the valley storm 18u get a few innings we will be rewarding 2 - 16u berths instead of just 1.
80 minutes per game...inning will be finished. Games can end in tie (pool play)
7 innings per game...itb if needed after 7. No ties. (elimination only)
Each elimination game will use 2 certified asa umpires

I agree. Fields were great, ump's were good. Nice park. Walking taco's were cold but so was I so it was a match.

Hawks Gold 95 (Herman) battled their butts off. Lots of adversity. Girls out sick, playing sick, but we got through it though. Finished undefeated with a number one seed.
Those folks with the Valley Storm sure know how to run a tournament. The fields were in great shape. They worked endlessly to make sure we were playing today and it is much appreciated.
I don't know what kind of dirt is on those infields, but there must be 3 inches of brick dust.

Great Job Scott.... Way to go... 97 Gold went 2-1. Played well for the first time playing together as a team, also with several girls sick. Great Job girls........
