Anybody that knows me knows that if I am anywhere around a softball tournament the rain follows me. I have rained out or rain delayed many of tournaments.

Tonight I go for a walk on the lake erie beaches with the wife and two boys. No clouds anywhere while on our walk. We head in toward the campsites to stop by the campstore to let the boys hit the bathroom.
A small system rolls in and a tornado forms above us. It didnt touch the ground but you could see the rotation and the tail move back and forth. Then after about 3 minutes it disappeared and fell apart.

Many campers and two rangers were out with us watching this above us. Strange that on a beautiful night and NO storms anywhere, this happens. It did get a tad windy and rained for about 1 minute after it fell apart.

Here is a pic of it.....................

Barry please stay up North next year. We had enough tourneys rained out or delayed this year without you being there. Just kidding, that must have been cool to see though, scary but cool.

I'm considering setting up an account for donations from OFC members so we can relocate Barry to Arizona or California. That surely would give our Ohio girls better stakes in Softball.

If you haven't met Barry yet, he's one of the greatest guys you'll ever meet. He's just a freakin' Schleprock when it comes to weather.......lol.

It's okay Barry, I'll hang with ya buddy, even through the gayle force winds, flash floods, and hail the size of bowling balls!

I can attest to his luck. Last year his daughter subbed with my daughter for one tournament and it did rain. Not overnight, right during the games._ rain delay. hahaha. glad you are safe.
