This thread isnt getting the love that the 14U and 12U received. Come on y`all lets talk some 10U softball. What are these teams all about, what kind of players do these teams have. Strong points,tradition,team colors, anything :'(

Just somewhat strange that 12U had 4 pages of discussion about their teams and there is only 5 replies for our 10U girls.

I know the 10U Stingrays have been hard at work all winter long, I am excited for them to get to show there stuff.

As a parent of a player down there this weekend, my opinion is Im in no hurry to play against coop`s Stingrays anytime soon. Saw them last summer in Toledo and they were TOUGH! Like a well oiled machine.
It would be fun playing them,but not in a big hurry to do it!

Looking foward to seeing all the other teams for the first time ever. Last year the team my DD played for never left the Toledo area and we didnt see to many teams from the Mid-Ohio area (besides the `Rays).

My dd is pumped and ready to go. Looking forward to watching some fastpitch!

Just a note to wish you luck Saturday and I may be able to make it down, but I see you are playing the late games. ? Because they are late, it may make it difficult for me to do so, but I will try. ? Do you expect your DD to pitch any during those 2 games. ? I will watch to see how you do in pool play and I may make it on Sunday if not Saturday. ?Also I may go to Akron or Medina to watch some other games this weekend also. ?Not sure yet about available time, ect. ?

I do wish your DD the best and I am sure she will do great. ?Good luck to the Irish, and the best to all the other teams that are playing also.

The Diamond Dogs are a young team only 3 that will move up. I look for them to improve every week and be real strong at years end. They lost last week to the Evolution at the Spano Dome 5-3 and didn't have their #1, out with a hurt foot.

She will be pitching for sure this weekend,just dont know which game yet. If I was a guessing man Id say maybe the 2nd game,but again Im just guessing. If you could make it down there that would be great,but if it doesnt work out,then that is understandable. Our games are late tomorrow night. We will keep an eye out just in case.
I had Aubs pitch for 30 minutes before her basketball practice last night at the gym. Worked her thru her drills and everything. She threw hard and worked on her other pitches. She has a tournament basketball game tonight at 8pm,so she is doing both basketball and softball tournaments this weekend!

We will be back for pitching practice next Thursday evening. B-ball practices are now over.

It looks as if the 10U tournament has some of the same organizations that were present in the 12U tournament. If the 10U tournament is anything like the 12U tournament, you'll be watching some awesome softball. We had a great time at this tournament; very well run, by some really nice people. This tournament got our team pumped for the summer tournament season.

Best of Luck to my little Lady Knights and there coaches, with there first taste of travel ball. Win or lose, you have taken the steps to make yourselves and your team better. I will be very proud of you know matter the outcome of your games. You have been working very hard the last couple months, and it is now time to go out and have some fun, and play some ball.
