The ASA State girl’s fastpitch tournament for 12 and under, and 10 and under will be held in Hamilton, Ohio. June 22, 23, and 24 at the North End Athletic Fields located on Joe Nuxhall Blvd. The drawing for the tournament will be held on Monday June 18 at the North End Athletic Office located at the park.

Entry Fee is $425.00 Certified Check or Money Order only.
Dead Line for entry is Monday June 10th. All entry fees along with team rosters, ASA registration numbers must be turned in by June 10th. Rosters must be signed by District Commissioner or Warren Jones Ohio ASA Director

North End Fields are owned and operated by the City of Hamilton and are well maintained.

The motel Court Yard Marriott is the new and close to the ball fields.

That is what it was last year. There were also 4 at 14U last year, I believe, and this year there are 3. It would just be nice to know how many there are for 2012.

I will see if I can help get it posted. Unfortunately, the folks running it have no idea how to promote it or what is generally done to keep teams informed here on OFC.

The tournament will be held at North End Fields in Hamilton using regulated fence distance for age bracket, ASA approved brake away fencing. Yes we are using ASA registered umpires, and giving trophy's for places first through third. June 22, 23, and 24 dead line is the 10th of June. Tournament entry fees are $425.00. Not sure why it seems like finding out who enters an ASA State Tourney is so difficult????

They don't promote, that is for sure.........Seems like they would be trying to do whatever they could to have the best event possible - but ?????

Here is a list I received via email this weekend. Deadline to enter is today. Draw is next Monday. TD did say 1st games would be Friday 6:00pm with games at 7:30pm and 9:00pm to follow. 5 lighted diamonds.

I am a little surprised that there are so few teams entered given that there are three berths to ASA/USA coming out of this tournament.
