ASA Tournament ASA 12U State Tournament

Has anyone heard any updates on the ASA 12U State Tournament in Elyria? The tournament director has offered no additional info, team listing or other pertinent info. IMHO they should of left the 12U in Canton under the direction of the Wolfpack organization.

Our entry was sent and paid last week.

I recall that they allowed entries up to a rather late date last year. Will that be the case again this year?
We have intentions of playing in this tourney.

the number of teams currently signed up is surprisingly low , when the dd played ASA states 6 years ago there were 70-80 teams present . How has participation been the past year or so ? I'm one of the those late sign ups but planning on going . Is there another large event that week pulling teams away ? whats the deal ?

Jamie...I'm with you. We sent check and registration back in early February and check was cashed. We are still not listed on the ASA team list. I sent Warren Jones an email just last night.

Last year was a nice turnout and had many competitive teams. Looking forward to States again is summer.

Ohio Glory registered but our check hasn't been sent yet. Still accepting registrations until late June.

View attachment 1643 You also need to register on the Tournament ASA website separately. This is where the pool bracket play games will be posted for this and all ASA tournaments. Some TD's will register all the teams on Tournament ASA once they receive the payment. Once the coach registers on Tournament ASA they can sign up for text and email alerts for any changes before or during tournament. The website is pretty cool. All teams that has played in an ASA tournament this year have their scores posted so you can see how each team has done in pool and bracket play. Useful tool for coaches.

Just received email from Garry Mason. So far there are 19 teams registered in the 12u Division. He will be entering them soon on the tournament ASA website.

There is a tournament called the "Best of the Best". I think this is actually it!
