I am Vince Mckernan and I'm the head coach for Cincy Static Black. We have a good core of players but we are looking for all positions to strengthen our team. My coaching staff and I want to develop stellar athletes who go on to play at the next level but more importantly to develop quality human beings and productive citizens who value honesty, loyalty and integrity. Many important life lessons are learned through competition and "competition breeds success"! We stress the importance of our players possessing what we call "the three A's", ATTITUDE(a good one), ACADEMICS(good grades)and ATHLETICISM (talent)!

Three of the basic ingredients in a successful team is strong pitching, great defense and timely hitting with an emphasis on fundamentals, development and a belief in our organizations motto: "Successful Teams Achieve Through Individual Commitment"
