This is a very good clinic,Coach K and staff have many drills and lectures that would benefit players as well as coaches. There are a lot of demonstrations from the Ohio State players too.If you have the time I strongly recomend it.

My DD has attended both the Winter and Summer camps. I would highly recommend any Ohio State Camp. They offer a lot of information and really make an effort for the girls to feel comfortable.

lake erie...I'll look for you and your dd!

I might be looking a little rough for getting up early in the morning to come down but we will be there, LOL! We are actually going to stay at the same hotel we stayed at in March (Comfort Inn) in Bellville with the water park, when we was at the GFOD tournament.
Atleast that will take an hour of my travel time. Feel free to say hey!

Hey OFC land.........anybody else going?

My DD will be there for the second year in a row. She had a great time last year and learned some new things. The coaches were very personable as were the players helping out. It's also pretty cool to see the heisman trophys and national championship trophy in the lobby of the Woody Hayes Center. Great photo opportunity. The only thing I saw last year was a little disappointing was they had some very young players with some older players in the infield group and as they threw ball around the bags the older players had to take a lot off their throws for the younger players to handle. The outfield drills they did were excellent and the age difference between players was not as much a factor. Overall, great camp at a great school.

Just a quick question for anyone attending the OSU cinics on Sat. With the weather being as cold as it is, what will the temps be in the clinic center? What would be the proper and appropriate clothing for the girls?? Shorts & a tournament shirt or sweats and a ?;) parka?? Any veterans of previous clinics that could chime in with your thoughts ??

I'll also be leading a caravan to PaPa Joes ?;D ?Any takers ???

[smiley=Tomcat.gif] ?Just because it's KOOL ?

Coach K, Staff and players, along with coaches from Kenyon and Dayton put on a great clinic today. Saw some very talented girls, getting a lot of quality instruction. There were alot of campers, but they had plenty of help at every station, so things moved very nicely.
