2008 TWISTERS SUMMER BLOWOUT TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
June 27, 2008 through June 29, 2008 (no rain date)
To be played at Genshaft Park in Massillon, Ohio

This will be a 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U and 18U tournament and is a NSA 2008 World Series qualifier. Entries are limited to eight (8) teams in each bracket and are first come first served. All entries shall be received by June 1, 2008. (Receipt of entry is required to hold your team a spot)

Over 50 College Coaches were invited to attend the tournament, several have accepted. As they accept and are ok with us posting that they will attend, they will be posted on www.jacksontwisters.com.

Adam - just spoke to you - please keep us posted with any other 10U teams that show interest in this tourney - we are the Ohio Dragons 10U out of Columbus, Ohio and would be interested in doing this tourney.

After posting this, Lisa Simpson and John Delucha decided it was not in the best interest of NSA to have another Alternate State. They feel this could hurt the turnout at Tealtown. So they rescinded their offer to us to host an Alternate State. I apologize to anyone if this has created a problem.

I am excited about going to this tournament, alt state or not. I know personally that Adam has done everything in his power to make this a very nice venue. I wished that winter had a fast forward button.

Now that Uncle Stans has filled up, we are getting more and more entries. We still have plenty of openings at 10U though.

Right now there is only one 10u team signed up, but we didn't even post 10u until 3 weeks ago. I am looking to have a total of 4 at 10U, but if we get more I will work around it.

18U is now full, we will be accepting 18U teams on a waiting list in case of a team that drops out or we expand 18U.
