Indoor Tournament 2014 Spano Indoor High School League

Who have been the top teams that have played in the Indoor HS league on Saturdays and Sundays. I know it has been primarily a mix of mostly HS with some 16 and 18U travel teams. The tournament starts next weekend and runs thru 1-26-14. No standing have been posted so its hard to tell who have been the top teams. There have been several decent pitchers I have watched pitch but no one has stood out in the circle.

Ohio Bandits and Ohio Softball were the champs in the two divisions in the Sunday league

All I know is if you are talking about the Saturday and Sunday High School leagues then:

The Saturday league - Green and Perry /White were co-champs. The Tournament finished yesterday, started last week.

The Sunday league tournament started today and will finish next Sunday.

As heavyhitter said, no champs yet. Playoffs started yesterday, to finish Next Sunday(for Sunday league). I watched Walsh last night and they mash the ball to go along with some great pitching. They have stood out more than any other HS.

In the past, they used a tie-breaker (maybe it was runners to 3rd base) and did not have co-champions. I was very impressed with the 8th grader that started for Perry against my dd's team on Saturday - great speed, movement and control.

They do have tie-breakers. It was understanding they went runners on first they tied, runners on second and they tied again. Then went to runners on third and it was tied. Came down to a coin flip and both coaches didn't want to decide the championship on a coin flip.

Ice gold won division 1........Austintown won division 2
