Lancaster Pride is an organization that has been around since 2000 fielding teams from 8u through 18u. We are commited to developing a players talent in all aspects of the game.

We have our own indoor softball facility to work year round not just a hitting facility but fully turfed facility for fielding, pitching, catching and hitting practice.

Players: Our team is constructed 2003 birthday players from Central and Southern Ohio! We dont mix our 02 and 03 birthday girls to keep team chemistry and to allow the girls to grow together. We dont want to rebuild every year due to half the girls must move up. Hard to build a strong team that way!

Record: 50-23-3 to date with 2 tournaments left

Pride 03 is focused on preparing our players mentally and physically for what it takes to play high school and college softball. We are currently planning 2-3 Showcase Tournaments along with playing in Lasers Invitational, We will be Applying to Stingrays and GAPSS and one or two other showcase format tournaments.

Lancaster Pride Bio

Lancaster Pride Fastpitch Softball association was founded in 2000 by Don McDaniel. In 2005 Jeff Snoke joined Don McDaniel creating a solid foundation for the Lancaster Pride Organization. At the time elite fastpitch softball teams were a rare commodity, now they are a dime a dozen. We field teams from 8U-18U. It is the objective of the Lancaster Pride organization to instill in the girls the ideals of good sportsmanship, loyalty, courage and respect. Our primary goal is to build character in our children.

The Lancaster Pride Softball organization's Travel Team is an affordable opportunity for outstanding young ladies to meet one another and team up to play exciting competitive fastpitch softball. Our philosophy is to have a great team with great kids, great parents and give them a place to play competitive travel fastpitch softball with the goal of preparing these athletes for high school level softball and beyond. Our #1 goal is to take every girl and make them the best softball player they can be with emphasis on player development both on and off the field.

We teach a very successful program that requires commitment, dedication and hard work from the players. While we focus on playing as a "team" and winning, we do not compromise training and skill development as our first priority. We take our players, develop there skills, and teach them to play together as a team that wins.
