It is the objective of the Lancaster Pride organization to instill in our athlete's the ideals of good sportsmanship, loyalty, courage and respect. Our primary goal is to build character in our children. We teach a very successful program that requires commitment, dedication and hard work from the players. While we focus on playing as a "team" and winning, we do not compromise training and skill development as our first priority. We take our players, develop there skills, and teach them to play together as a team that wins.[/FONT]
