23U Candlelite Knolls 2nd Annual Non-Sanction Invitational Tournament

The Optimist Club of Candlelite Knolls will be sponsoring a
2011 23U Non-Sanctioned Softball Tournament on 7/16 and 7/17

-23U Age Group
-4 Game Minimum (weather permitting)
-Cost $275 per team (make checks payable to: "Optimist Club of Bazetta/Cortland"
-Four tarped fields, two fields with Musco Lighting
-Non-Sanction Event
-Maximum 12 teams
-Pitching distance is 43 feet
-Metal spikes are allowed and batting helmet face guards are not mandatory
-All games are "7" innings (weather permitting)
-Run rule is 10 runs after 5 innings
-International tie breaker will be used after the 7th inning
-NSA Rules, balls, and umpires (two per game)
-Continuous batting line-up if desired
-Free defensive substitution
-$3.00 "individual" admission fee per person ? infants/pre-school are free (manager & team players are free)
-Must be able to show proof of accidental & liability insurance at check in
-Pool play on 7/16
-Single Elimination tournament on 7/17
-Individual trophies for 1st and 2nd place finishers

We have arranged special rates and deals with local hotels/motels for your softball team when traveling to our 2011 tournaments. The Valley Extreme is working very hard to cut your teams costs when traveling. Please call or e-mail me your e-mail address and we will forward to you a listing of these hotels/motels and there special rates and deals that they have established for participating teams in our Valley Extreme tournament.
