If you want to promote your tournament please post information about your tournament and town...

how do i post

Post your own event? Is that what you are asking?

To post your own event... when you click ASA Ohio Tournaments in the forum section.. it gives you the ASA page.... In the top left part of the page.. you see the button "New Thread"... you click that and then the next screen will show a blank form and you just type a headline on the top ( like Aspiring Athletes Eastern Qualifier - June ???? blah blah blah) and then go to the "body" of the form and put info about your event in the body and then below that "body" you will see another button to put what you written in a thread and click that.

If you look at the other tournament threads.. you will see examples you can go by if you wish.

Good luck.

Thanks for enforcing the policy. Some of the "offenders" were getting out of control!

I will start monitor the ASA section for this every 24 hours, i agree it getting a little old when there so much information they could post inside there tread to keep it at the top without the TTT.

Current TTT rule will apply to all

I'll assume these types of updates are still OK? Yes....

1. Update the tournament team listing (ex. new or paid entries)
2. Furnish new information about the tournament (ex. rules, fields, discounts)
3. Answer posted questions?

P.S. Remember I sent you a private IM on 10-5 requesting that the TTT be controlled...thanks for addressing it!

Thanks

I agree Ricky , is it possible that only the thread author be able to "TTT" we can't control others however they may only be trying to help.

Thank you,Tony

I agree with this also. Sometimes as a TD you find yourself trying to keep up with the Jones's.

Are you saying people are abusing entering a post with just "TTT", abusing the Bump/TTT option in the Thread Tools, or both?

What is the TTT rule, 1 bump every 24 hours, 48 hours, weekly, etc? I thought I read something a while ago but haven't been able to locate.

Definitely a good idea to control the TTT.

Thanks.
