Don't have much, camera crapped out half way through the year, that was what I was using as my video camera.

What kind of camera and setup are you using there? I've seen some videos like that but without the sound. That is exactly what I want for next year. Did you have any problems setting up on the fence, umps, coaches, TD's?

These videos were shot with a Sony HDR-AS30V point of view camera about 250 bucks, It was mounted to the fence with a LynkSpyder mount I found on the internet for 60 bucks with the optional mount for the longer camera, I also purchased extra batteries on E-bay and a large Micro-SD card to record an entire weekend on one card, these games are very large files and take a very long time to upload to YouTube. We put a link to the YouTube channel on our profile page, but I don't think coaches will spend the time to watch them, mostly just for parents who could not be there. I think the Go-Pro has a better picture, but battery life is better with the Sony. Set up is very easy and no one has ever given me any trouble about, a few Umps even wanted to know where to find the videos so they could see how they did...

Sounds great, I just bought the GoPro Hero 3+ Black Edition, A SanDisk extreme plus 64GB card with speeds up to 80mb/s, external EasyAcc battery, the battery eliminator, and a pouch from lowes, also got the lynkspyder fence mount. Got the entire setup that was recommended from lynkspyder except the LCD back. Not to comfortable about altering the camera.

Cant wait, hope it all arrives by next Saturday, doubleheader fall ball games next Sunday.

Several people are showing great quality videos with the Sony cameras, so we are certainly looking into them. With our current setup (with the extender bracket), do you have any problems with not being able to tilt the camera up and down? That seems to be the biggest disadvantage to not using the GoPro camera.

I have your package in my hands as we speak. It will go out this morning. :)

I used a cheap pivot mount from ebay for 6 bucks and it fell apart after a few games, but i have been bending the extender bracket and it works pretty good, I am looking into a better quality swivel mount for this year

Found I didn't like the go pro. Too much width on the lense, anything past 5 ft or so gets really small really quickly.
I've been trying to work with a Nikon D7000 35mm digital with a small zoom ( 85mm max)
