In the past month and a half since we joined a new org, but cannot believe the difference in the DD's attitude, confidence and happiness.
Her pitching has improved by an amazing amount, mechanics velocity and movement all moving up in he charts. The fact that she comes off of the field smiling no matter what makes it so worthwhile. Now going into indoor winter ball, she looks forward to it and is very confidant.
Amazing what difference a new org with a great coaching staff and great kids can make in a young girl's softball career.

As parents and coaches our focus should always be about the experience, along with setting our goals. Good stuff.
