My daughter has worn Ringors for three years now and absolutely loves them and does not want to wear anything else! She wears the Diamond Star Pro Tec Toes...they are very durable and i only bought a new pair this year because she out grew her size 7 1/2 (which are still in excellent shape- if anyone is interested- send me a PM). yes they are pricey but worth the comfort ....dd got her new Ringors as a Christmas present. Btw, if you email customer service, they will send you.

Ringor's are the best bang for your buck. My youngest had a pair from last year and had to pass them up to her older sister because they were too small for her (9.5 size). Older dd who isn't a pitcher loves them.

We went through an average of 3 pairs of cleats each year so you can't go wrong.

Go to their website and clearance prices are much cheaper. Paid 25 for one pair and 40 for another. These are by far the best pitching cleats.

If she pitches--our family swears by Tanels. DD's wear those to pitch. Oldest wears Nike steel in field, middle wears Finch Mizuno's, and little wears whatever doens't fit the older two. If you wear out a pair of Tanels's let me know. Oldest tried Ringor's says Tanles hurt her feet less after wearing them all day. We do use Ringor's for indoor work.

If you want shoes that will last, Ringors are the only choice. My DD is very hard on shoes, and she was able to get almost 2 years out of a pair. The basic sporting goods store shoes would last 4 weeks at best, Nike's 3/4 of a season.

Ringors are a bit heavy, but they do have lighter versions now, but I suspect not as durable. Speed was never an issue with her. ;)

I agree. There is no difference between the more expensive Ringors and the discounted. Maybe just the new and old models, color or design. But they all have the pro toe. Thats what you need. Guaranteed to not wear out the toe. I have always bought my dd the cheapest plain black pair of Ringors on their website. Very good pitching cleats.

I am having trouble finding a clearance section on their web site. Can you tell me where to look?

My pitcher DD had used Ringors for a few years, wearing them out just as nationals would finish, one pair for a school ball and a travel season was pretty good. But 2 years ago, the cleat wore as usual, but all the stitching broke down before the end of the travel season, poor kid loved them and ducted taped them as much as she could but finally they fell apart at a tourny and couldn't be worn. In a panic, we ran to a Dick's and grandpa bought her a pair of $44 UnderArmor pitcher cleats. She is finishing up her second school ball season on them and getting ready for the second travel season. I would never have guessed those would have even lasted the weekend...

Check out Tuff Toe website. They put a coating on regular cleats for pitchers or you can purchase the stuff and do it yourself. My DD has used her pair for 2 years and the coating has barely even been scratched. I believe you can even send in a pair of cleats and they will cover it for you.

We have had great success with the Ringor's.

I particularly appreciate that the cleats are in a circular pattern allowing the plant foot to twist without over-stressing the knees and ankles. This is very important to prevent injuries.

My youngest dd is using my oldest's dd's cleats that have to be 6 years old The cleats are practically worn off but the uppers are still going strong. My youngest uses her newer spikes most of the time but the cleats come out for indoor, some practices and when the spikes get wet. (basically all high school season).

We have also had great luck with the Ringor's. We bought my daughter the Diamond Gems with the pitching toe last year and so far they have lasted through last summer and still going strong through this year's school schedule. She is really hard on cleats; one time going through a pair of Nike's in two weeks.

She also had problems wearing cleats because they made her heels hurt as she was growing. This is the first pair she has not had problems with. (She actually didn't wear cleats for a couple of years but wore turf shoes instead).

Hope this helps!

Can somebody tell me where the clearance section is?

Like Danger13u, I bought dd's first pair of Ringor's on clearance and there used to be a clearance tab- I don't see that tab anymore. Maybe they did anyway with it?? Try contacting customer service...

Looks like they have updated the websight and did away with the "clearance" section. Might try giving them a call.

My dd tried ringors and did not like them. She said they were too heavy. We then bought a pair of 3N2 cleats and added tuff toe. She loves them and refuses to wear anything else. We had to buy her another pair finally because she outgrew the other pair. The shoes are really light and we only paid 30.00 for them off of their website.

I'll let you in on another nice pitching cleat. DD first year of metal cleast and we tried Boombah cleats. Much lighter than ringors, but have not worn at all this higshcool season. Great cleat and durable, les expensive than ringors and much lighter. Also many team colors to choose from. Will bet getting another Goombah cleat for summer ball, just because of different team colors for summer.

our dd is a pitcher, got her first pair of Ringors last spring and loves them, ruses to hear about getting any other kind. Love the circular spike pattern as well.
