Are these hitting clinics more beneficial to older, more experienced girls who've been around the sport a long time? Would a second year 11yo player benefit at all from this clinic?

Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But remember they are to introduce you to the hitting style. you then need to find an instructor they recomend to you to reinforce and advance what shes learned,,,,

No question. Any age can learn something from one of their clinics. I learn something every time I talk to or see Howard.

We went yesterday to Westerville for the Ice clinic.........was our first time to see Crystal and Howard......took 6 of our 16U's and found the clinic to be informative and quite beneficial... all the girls felt that they came away with good drills and tips on maintaining their mechanics...I think any girl serious about advancing their skills would benefit from the clinics regardless of age....we also appreciated the time all the coaches, along with Crystal and Howard took in explaining their philosophy to our coaches when we asked questions or expressed our thoughts.

Any instruction can be good. The instruction they offer there is great. It isnt just hitting. It is playing, fielding, practicing and life lessons from someone who has been there. You and your DD will both take a new grasp on so much. My head is still spinning and I want more.

My 14 year old daughter went to a session each day. She would have gone to all four if I would have footed the bill. Clinic was spectacular. Not only did she learn a lot, but came away more excited than ever about softball. Both Howard and Crystal spent individual time with each girl and both stayed around after the clinic was over and spent time with anyone that approached them. Can't wait until next year.

Took my 14 year old to a hour long private hitting lesson with Bustos today at pinnacle sports in Medina and we were both blown away by her knowledge on hitting and how well she worked with my girl. She not only would show her what she wanted her to work on but then would brake it down and show her why it would work.Daughter was very impressed and cant wait to work with her again down the line.

oh yes. I can talk about it for hours... 10u 3 years in a row doing it. Absolutely. We may have another Static Clinic in March if timing works out. We'll see. Had a huge turnout cause our price basically covers the place.

I have used what Howard has taught me for boys and girls

12 year old boy first time lesson and a senior. Senior hit his first highschool home run just working with his grip.

Girls from 10u and up. Works for all ages.

My group Sunday afternon was a 12U team. The answer is yes and the earlier you start the better. Each parent watched , asked questions and took many notes. Each break I went to them to ask if they had any questions and gave them more drills that time would not allow us to work on.

I would love to give my daughter private lessons or another clinic with Bustos, before the upcoming season, but am unable to locate any contact info anywhere. Does anyone have a link or contact person, to set her up with some lessons?
