I am new to the travel scene. Ihave only been around for three years and there is a question that I need some clarifaction on. When you start a tournament with certain rules can they be changed in the middle of the tournament. We are playing in a NSA tournament in Cincy this weekend and after our first 2 hours and 20 minute games the tournament director decided that the tournament was going to 1 hour 20 minute drop dead time limited. I thought that a tie in pool play is a tie and that it should end that way. Idon,t understand who a tournament stars one way and ends totally different. I need help understanding this. :
