Time for "A Changing of the Guard" after 10 years

I just wanted to say a big thank you for all those great memories to each and everyone that had supported me, our tournament and the organization that I had started 10 years ago. I have enjoyed running this organization, coaching all those teams (several years as many as 3 teams a season), starting and running our tournament as the TD and making this organization a 501(c)(3) non-profit. But after 10 wonderful yet very hard years it has come time for me to move on.

My current job requires me to travel out of state for many months at a time, now that I have made it into the white collar ranks, and I am no longer able to keep up with the daily tasks of running the organization as it needs. I had announced in May to our members that I would not be running for president for the 2013 season and that I would not be able to coach a team in 2013. So it?s now time for me to sit down and enjoy watching my daughter play as a parent instead of watching a whole team as a coach.

The new president is Mr. Frank Sara. He has been our Vice President for the last 2 years and has had a daughter playing for my team for the last 5 years. I am working on turning over the OFC sn of "Wildcat Pride" to him so he may post on OFC under the organization. I have offered him all the advice, guidance, experience or knowledge that I can, to help him in any way he may need, to help keep this organization successful in the ranks of travel fastpitch. I wish him nothing but the best going forward to improving the whole organization and I hope everyone else will be as great to him as you all were to me.

Again THANKYOU and I will see you by the fields watching our daughters play ball and enjoying every single second of it.

Todd Harbaugh,
Founder of the Parma Wildcats Fastpitch Softball Organization and Wildcat Pride Tournament Teams, Former President, Former Coach
Now Just a Dad enjoying the game with his Daughter.

Good luck Todd. The area will miss what you and your family brought to the game.
