In my mind, this is one of the best softball organizations in Southwest Ohio with awesome coaches and instruction! Very talented and committed bunch. Les Rogers is a great softball mind and wants to "raise the bar" in SWO!!!

We will begin announcing the coaching position very soon. There will be some new coaches currently not involved in any aspect with our organization added to the Static but those will not be public until after nationals.

What we can share now is that Les Rogers will be the Static '98 coach, I (Kavin Morgan) will be coaching the Static '97 team, & Lou Shelton will once again lead our Static 10U team. More announcements to come today & over the next week. All the coaching positions will be reflected on our website: www.cincystatic.org.

Our 16u will have a coach. Don't want to make it seem like it's in limbo per the first post. Strategically, we want to combine some teams and figure out who should coach it. So, please note that we are working through the logistics for this position. Going from 3 Cincy based teams to 1 is the goal at 16u. This is independent of our 15u team. Had a great tryout meeting last night so we are moving in a very good direction.

The STATIC will also be fielding an 18O team in 2013 coached by coach Rob. This team will play a few Summer 18O-23U tournaments to stay sharp for college or for those that want to keep playing after HS graduation.

I will be coaching the College Exposure team again in 2013 along with Kenny MCelroy and Charles Smith.
We had a great year with 8 of our 14 going on to play at the next level and are hoping to get 3 more signed this fall!

With so many going onto college including 2 of our 3 pitchers we will be looking for a variety of players..
Our fall schedule includes the Gold Diamond Exposure tournament in Chattanooga TN and several scrimmages again with NAIA schools and a local tournament.

Our Summer schedule will consist of 6 of the highest quality exposure events we are able to attend... The past few years our Exposure teams have attended some of the bigger events available including: Stingrays, Orland Park Sparks, Best of Best, GAPSS, Buckeye Showdown, Music City Hits, Gold Diamond showcase...Tanel top 50

Our 16U/18U teams also helps the ladies understand e-marketing, building quality profiles, how to get better scores on the ACT, as well as other scholarship opportunities outside of athletic scholarships!!! Not to mention some fine tuning of their Hitting and fielding...

Feel free to contact Dennis Hogel if you have any questions about our 18U College Exposure team or 18O team..

3 updates for teams wearing the Static name (see original post):

1, we have the true opportunity to build a young 8/9u team if we can get the head count right and quality. So, give Scott Hummel and his Static team a look if you are trying to introduce your daughter to this wonderful sport.

2, we have the honor of introducing Scott Morris as one of our 12u Static teams. He brings a great team with him and is looking to fill in a couple key roles. We support Scott and team and are excited to have his group join us!!!! We will have a second 12u team that will round out this age grou in addition to Scott's team. Scott's experience and leadership fits into the Static mold very nicely and compliments our age group needs well!

3, last but not least we are announcing our Static 97 North team will be coached by Mr. Paul Moore. He brings in years of experience and knowledge and is chomping to be at the helm again! I know we are equally pleased to have him want to join us for ihe can take our brand of teachings out of SWO for us.

We will continue to update not only more about these teams but other announcements as they come.

Please join me by welcoming these three fine coaches, teams, and families!!!

As we move ahead we will continue to grow with coaching staffs like yours. The upcoming season will continue to grow as we build with coaches that share the vision that Rob and Kavin set out. Now going into year seven its been a journey with welcomed challenges and I'm excited to see you guys add to our youthful history.

Weclome Scott, Paul, & Scott. We are thrilled as an organzaition to have incredible coaches like yourselves join us on our journey to train young female athletes. We are not necessarily trying to increase teams in our org as we will only grow when the right coaches are available. We will also downsize when necessary to maintain quality in our organziation & in this sport.
