This team will be coached by two current College softball players with two parent assistant coaches. For the fall the team will play the WORTH Showcase and Chattanooga Showcase along with one more top event. The summer Showcase the team is applying for include: Pennsbury, Best of the Best, Stingrays, Chicago Sparks with the ASA Dayton Metro and ASA State tournaments finishing up with ASA Nationals in Alabama. Both coaches have had previous high level travel ball "coaching experience" in some of the best showcase events in the country. The 18U College Exposure team has several ladies returning from this years squad and are looking at adding to our infield, pitching and catching players that are looking for opportunities in front of D1, DII and NAIA College coaches.

18 & Over, Dennis Hogel

Sorry for the confusion that may exist around using the Cincy Static, Inc. name, AKA Cincy Static Fastpitch, or Cincy Static, or just plain old Static (not so confusing anymore because most know the truth these days, thanks for your support that continues to be brought to our attention). We commonly use our brand in various ways and is of course for our authorized coaching staff. It's beyond embarrassing for those to caught up in a misleading and nauseating amount of text you'll read or have read on this matter. I for one wouldn't go from one job to the next and then continue to wear my prior employers clothing/logo at my new job, who in their right mind does that... that is metaphoric for sure. We will do our best to continue to ignore this redundant discussion for this information is ridiculous to even put on a public forum...I do apologize for bringing our laundry to the table. I also feel bad for unknowing families getting caught up in this and they are probably great people, most are. Not good when they find out they are not with the official organization.

The cool thing is we don't even shake our heads at it anymore for that is energy lost and never to be reclaimed. It's just not worth meddling in that arena and it's wasteful to use words describing the syndrome in play here. We at the Static have moved on and have selected a path to continue our mission. Using our name without permission is out of our financial means and we have real things to do efficiently with our time and this message is a dismal de ja vu discussion.

We look forward to seeing you at our tryouts and if we are a fit for you, we'd be happy to have you on one our teams and within our family. See you soon :).

to maybe help ( hopefully ? ) I ask this because out of not knowing there was some question on who is who . Could you clarify the coach's on each team . I'd like to ask which one(s) is the original Static but obviously that would just muddy the waters even more . Maybe which teams are Lesters static group and which teams are Coach Sonny's ?? I'm confused , I'll admit to that. Until today I thought Static was Static .. MD

Hey Jason - thanks for the props. As Les mentions, we will be posting our entire coaching staff for each age group immediately after nationals as there will be some changes vs. this year (i.e. 8/9U team etc.). We will also post each teams needs to insure we do not waste anyone's time attending one of our tryouts if your daughter's position is not one of need for that particular team. One thing I can post is that I will continue to be the head coach of the Static '97 & we will be looking to add anywhere from 2-3 players. Our schedule will be built around attending the best events which equals competing against the best teams nationally which then equals a lot of college looks for our players. My plan is to submit for entry to the following 2014 summers events (Pennesbury / Stingrays / Atlanta Legacy / Colorado Fireworks / ASA States, ASA or PGF Nats) & we were accepted to Stingrays / Atlanta / Colorado this year. Once my Fall schedule is finalized I will update accordingly but it will be only centered around College Showcases. For any questions please contact me at 513-207-5617 or morgan.gk@pg.com

we equate many of our successes to your help, passion, and guidance over the years. The Static believes in what you and Crystl have been promoting/teaching to many of the mid-west teams and we surely thank you for all you've give to us all. Thanks again!

18Over and 23U Team information...

The 18O Hogel Team has several college players already committed to play for 2014.
Since most players will be reporting to college in late July early August I thought I would post what we have committed, and where we are planning to play.

We will be playing 3 to 4 tournaments Mid Ohio, Maysville KY and Sevierville or Nashville Tenn. June and July.

Contact Dennis Hogel if interested 513-255-7171 or dhogel@cinci.rr.com.

We are looking for another pitcher, middle infield and OF. All the ladies are just looking to stay sharp for college ball by playing in a few events. I am also working on a sponsor to reduce fees to around $50 per player..

Players Committed:

1. Gabby Hogel Spalding University
2. Jayla Garner Ursuline College
3. Katie Hulsman Transylvania University
4. Breeanna Hughes Cedarville College
5. Jeanie Taggart U.C.
6. Haylee Cooper Wilmington College
7. Sarah Owens Spalding University
8.
9.
10.
11.
12.
The 23U Team info will be posted by coach Rob as he gets more details of his needs and players comitted.
