This team will be coached by two current College softball players with two parent assistant coaches. For the fall the team will play the WORTH Showcase and Chattanooga Showcase along with one more top event. The summer Showcase the team is applying for include: Pennsbury, Best of the Best, Stingrays, Chicago Sparks with the ASA Dayton Metro and ASA State tournaments finishing up with ASA Nationals in Alabama. Both coaches have had previous high level travel ball "coaching experience" in some of the best showcase events in the country. The 18U College Exposure team has several ladies returning from this years squad and are looking at adding to our infield, pitching and catching players that are looking for opportunities in front of D1, DII and NAIA College coaches.

As listed, my team (Cincy Static '97) is looking to add 3 players to the returning group. As listed we are in need of a pitcher who will be a part of our every day rotation. Being able to play another position is a huge plus. Also looking for a well accomplished infielder who can play multiple infield positions which will continue to add to our depth & an outfielder who must be able to cover ground w/ a strong accurate arm to bolster our outfield alignment. Our fall schedule will include at least 4 showcase tourneys as well as a couple of weekends playing NAIA/D3 colleges. "Projected" summer schedule if accepted to several tourneys to include Atlanta Legacy, Colorado Fireworks, Pennesbury, ASA States, ASA/USA (if qualify) NJ Intensity Showcase, Stingrays. Our primary focus for this team is get them as many colleges looks as possible so they can realize their dream of playing at the next level. We have most of our returning girls already taking unofficial visits this summer/fall in the hope to narrowing done to their top 3-5 schools. Our goal is have all the girls verbal by this time next year. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at anytime (513-207-5617).

I am very excited to be joining with the Static organization! A very solid core is in place for the 18s in the fall of 2013 and summer of 2014. We will be playing a showcase oriented schedule. The coaching staff in place, has helped 14 girls get the opportunity to play in college in the last two years. We have connections with college coaches at all levels of play. I am a current college player, with another college player (pitcher) on staff. As states in previous posts, we are looking for pitching. We are looking for pitchers to carry us late onto Sundays, to give all girls more chances to play in front of coaches. We are also looking for a couple infielders and a catcher. We are really excited to see all of you at tryouts! With any questions, feel free to contact me at (937)545-9366 or by email at bakbra@bluffton.edu

Thank you,
Brittany Baker

You're very welcome for the bump! I guess you have confirmed that any other nationals than those you originally posted are not relative (or relevant).

Some of our teams did not go to a so-called nationals & went to different year end events. For example Kavin's team was focused on full college exposure vs chasing a national because that was his main priority for his girls in order for them to hopefully reach their dreams.

How did the FAST thing fit into that plan? Did they get a lot of exposure there?

I guess Orlando is home to the "Happiest Place on Earth" though. If you can't reach your dreams from there, you should be able to get fairly close.
