Dealing with name change to rostered player during season ??

Anyone ever have to deal with this...?

Have a player that will be going through a name change (last name only)...sounds like timing because of the process it may occur after start of the season?

Besides worrying about having the correct last name on the jerseys - wonder how messy getting rosters / insurance etc taken care of is going to be?

Any ideas / experience?

In ASA just call the JO. No issues. Its a kids game.
