Thanks, now you've given me another reason to be pessimistic about this today, LOL. I wasn't even considering the spectators. I was just thinking about how impossible it is to have practices & games with the 6' and the gathering rules in place.
It would certainly be a problem if the 10-person gathering thing was extended into June. I don't think it will be extended at 10, but probably at a higher number. Not many people will remember, when Governor DeWine put the first mass gathering restriction into place on 3/12, he said it did not apply to outdoor settings in non-confined, open-air areas. On that day, he said that spring high school sports could continue and not be in violation of the order.
Last Monday, on 5/4, he said that he viewed the 10-person gathering limit as a personal choice
people have to make. He said his view was that people would gather in groups when they are ready to. We just need the written orders to catch up with what the Governor has been saying.
