Does anyone have any info on Sycamore Mohawk softball team.

Can any one give any info on there team.

What do you want to know? My kids go to mohawk and I just watched them in the regional semifinal. There pitcher throws hard and as a undetectable change up. They hit with power all the way through the lineup. There defense isnt afraid to go after base runners so I wouldnt lag about getting back to base when they throw it back to the pitcher. There catcher is a senior and can easily throw girls out. I was very impressed for a division 4 school, not sure if there is many weakness, if you play them you have to hope they just have a very off day. They have only lost 5 games this year and 3 were against division 1 schools. They play in a conference called the MAL, which has state ranked New Riegel in it, by the way they beat New Riegel in regular season.

I was there also, they really pass the eyeball test, big athletic. I did not see her throw the change up but I will take your word on it, you have seen her mor than me, I just went to watch a good regional game and it was a blow out. They really hit the ball and I am not sure if anybody in there regional can touch them. Thanks for the reponse.

Adelsberger throws pretty hard, hits her spots very well, you won't see much down the middle. We may have seen 5 or 6 change ups the whole game. Offensively they hit the ball very well 1-9 but if they struggle at all they're not afraid to play small ball to get things rolling. They also like to crowd the plate and fake bunt to try to rattle your pitcher. Very aggressive on the bases, and if your pitcher or catcher get complacent they will delay steal. On one final note if you can find the OHSAA rule about noise makers you may want to take it with you, their crowd is very irritating with cow bells and horns.
